TRANSEARCH International Opens Office In Vienna
TRANSEARCH International is delighted to announce the launch of a new office in Vienna, Austria.
Sami Hamid, a seasoned executive search professional, heads up the office. Sami was previously Ward Howell's Founding Partner for Central and Eastern Europe in 1992. He has been in the Executive Search business since 1986, acting as Managing Partner for Boyden International in Austria and H. Neumann International in Germany.
Prior to his executive search experience, he worked as Senior Associate for an international strategy consulting company both in the U.S. and in Europe. He began his professional career as Area Manager/Far East with a leading Austrian merchant bank.
In 2006 he initiated the acquisition of Neumann International AG and became CEO of the combined companies. Sami holds a PhD in Law from the University in Vienna, and is fluent in German, English, and French.
