Teja Picton-Howell is an international lawyer practicing with Penningtons Solicitors in the City of London.

He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Oman. Teja graduated in London (Bachelor of Laws (honours) 1983), and from the College of Law (1984).
He has over 25 years' experience as an international corporate finance and commercial lawyer, advising clients in Europe, India, the Gulf and the USA, including businesses in the financial services, food, pharma and life sciences, IT and telecoms sectors.

Teja has advised the TRANSEARCH International Group, as solicitor and company secretary, since 1992, and was appointed to the board as a non-executive director in 2012. He is also a non-executive director of the Roots Reggae Reggae Group (international food and brand licensing), and a trustee of the international charity CRY (Child Rights and You).
